Terms of Service

Welcome to Grezlify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grezlify website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Grezlify (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected]if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid plans are billed upfront for the cycle you choose (weekly, monthly, or yearly), in INR, inclusive of taxes.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.
  • Your plan grants access for the period you paid for. There is no automatic renewal at this time — re-purchase to extend access.
  • If you exceed Free-tier limits while on a paid plan and your plan lapses, your data is preserved but access reverts to Free.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates a third party’s rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or paid features.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service with others.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the resumes, cover letters, and personal information you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

6. AI-generated output

AI-generated drafts are starting points, not finished work. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output for accuracy before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in interviews or job offers.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks the platform or other users.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
