Refund & Cancellation Policy

Grezlify is a digital subscription. Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final by default. We do, however, refund or comp access in specific situations described below.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the cycle you have already paid for. There is no partial refund for the unused portion.

2. Refunds we always honour

  • Duplicate charge. If you were charged twice for the same period due to a payment retry, we refund the duplicate fully and immediately.
  • Failed access within 24 hours. If your payment succeeded but the paid features did not unlock and we cannot resolve it within 24 hours, we will refund in full.
  • Unauthorized charge. If your card or UPI was used without your consent, contact [email protected] within 7 days. We work with you and Razorpay to investigate and refund where appropriate.

3. Refunds at our discretion

For other refund requests (changed your mind, accidental purchase, etc.) email [email protected] within 7 days of payment. We’ll review case-by-case. Approval is more likely if you have not used paid AI generations or downloaded clean PDFs.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Settlement usually takes 5–7 working days, but can take up to 14 working days depending on your bank or UPI app.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues within 24 hours, and chargeback fees from Razorpay ultimately raise prices for everyone.
